How it works:
- If you are accepted for our trial monitoring, Know Technology will install the monitoring service on your network at no charge and provide initial reports on what equipment and services we are monitoring.
- Our KnowManager system will then continuously (24/7) monitor and report on the health of your IT infrastructure.
- We’ll provide alerts to you via email about significant conditions and errors that should be addressed.
- At the end of the 60-day trial period, Know Technology will generate reports for you and identify important areas where IT operations can be improved.
- There is no obligation to you to continue the monitoring or any other of our maintenance and support services.
