Know Technology's Steve Hand and Taylor Pohlman will lead a workshop on how to use a Managed Services Provider (MSP) to move your businesses ahead in partnership with your internal IT professionals. Guidelines will be discussed for selecting a managed services provider that fits your business IT plan and direction. End users will present on how they were able to move their companies (and likewise themselves) forward by working closely with an MSP.
