Nat joined Know Technology in December of 2010.  As a Technical Account Manager at Know Technology, Nat provides clients with the configuration and deployment of a wide range of networking solutions; including wireless systems, core networking infrastructure devices, and IP telephony systems. 

Nat holds certifications as a Watchguard Certified System Professional, and a Cisco Certified Networking Associate. He has worked in a wide variety of industries with a strong focus on customer service, and his passion for knowledge drives him to remain ahead of the ever-evolving IT learning curve.

Kamron Bonta

Kamron joined Know Technology in December of 2008. As Senior Account Consultant, Kamron works with Northern New England organizations in the mid-to-large market to design, procure, and deploy innovative technology solutions that meet their business needs.

Kamron received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Prior to working with Know, Kamron managed development for several lead Chicago-area IT VARs and most recently worked as a sales specialist for IBM.

To better understand client’s requirements, she maintains Certifications as a Cisco IP Communications Express Sales Specialist, Cisco Express Foundation Sales Specialist, a Cisco Sales Expert, a Microsoft Virtualization Sales consultant, and an HP Enterprise Solutions Sales consultant. Kamron enjoys being an active member of the New Initiatives Committee with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Maine Red Claws Young Leader’s Group.

Scott Crockett
Technical Account Manager

Scott has been working with Know Technology since 1999.  In his role as a Technical Account Manager, Scott Installs racks and patch panels, terminates and tests Ethernet cables, grounds network gear, and deploys workstations and networking gear for clients.

Scott is a Meru Networks Certified Engineer, and a certified APC Technical Consultant for Business Networks and Data Centers. His experience includes over 25 years with technology solutions in retail and customer service environments.

Scott studied communications and psychology at the University of Maine. He is involved with the community he lives in, serving on Lincolnville Maine's Planning Board, and Land Use Committee.

Adam Fahey
Service Desk Technician

Adam joined Know Technology in March 2011 as a Service Desk Technician for managed services support I/II. Adam analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs servers, workstations, and software issues for managed services clients.  

Adam brings with him four years of experience as an IT field technician at the University of Southern Maine. Adam has experience with managing and maintaining servers, Windows and Linux operating systems, and Windows administration. 

Adam graduated from Poland Springs High School, and earned a degree at the University of Southern Maine. He is a member of the Morning Hockey Club of Portland.

Kathleen Gilbert

Kathleen joined the Know Technology team in early 2011 to develop, direct, and execute the marketing strategy. In this role, she strives to ignite Know Technology's client and prospect relationships through communications, branding, events, internet presence, and vendor relationships.

Prior to joining Know Technology, Kathleen was the executive director of the PopTech Conference and also was the COO leading the development and launch of Midcoast Magnet’s Juice Conference, both in Camden. Kathleen also held the position of marketing manager for Animated Images, a software development company for the worldwide apparel industry.

Kathleen graduated from Oberlin College. She enjoys an active role in the community through service to local economic development initiatives.

Susan McIntyre

Susan joined Know Technology in January of 2009. As the Service Desk Manager, Susan provides Level 1 support for clients' incoming technical questions and calls to the Know Technology service desk.

Susan brings over five years’ experience working for the Camden National Corporation service desk, as well as over 15 years hands-on IT experience working in various positions for mid and large size companies in Maine. 

Susan is a graduate of Camden-Rockport High School and earned a degree at Thomas College in Waterville.

Deanna Niemeyer

Deanna joined Know Technology in June of 2007.  As Office Manager at Know Technology, Deanna ensures that daily office operations are running efficiently and smoothly. 

Deanna has 20 years-experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting working for companies with less than ten employees to companies with greater than 170 employees.  This includes Human Resources, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting, as well as many other related tasks. 

Deanna holds certificates in Wage and Hour Law, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Assertive Communication Skills for Women, and Sales & Use Tax. Deanna has been a Notary Public for the State of Maine since 1999.

Christopher Nolan

Chris joined Know Technology in 2011 to augment the Professional Services division. He brings a technology and management controls focus to IT projects. Additionally, Chris adds control reviews, technology operational risk assessment, and furthers the disaster recovery and strategic planning services for Know Technology’s clients.

A graduate of St. Anselm College, Chris has over seventeen years-experience in managing information technology resources, projects, operational risks, and information security governance for financial institutions. Chris maintains professional certifications with the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) including the Certification in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); and Certified in Risk and Information Systems (CRISC).

Chris supports youth sports through coaching the Camden Hills JV Baseball Team and the Mid-Coast Wrestling Club. Chris is also a veteran of the U.S. Military where he served as a logistics officer in support of infantry and armor divisions. 

Miguel Ortiz

Miguel joined Know Technology in 2008. As a technical account manager, Miguel implements new solutions and provides support services for Know Technology clients.

Miguel has over 20 years of IT technical experience with a primary focus on network infrastructure as well as Windows network maintenance and support. Prior to joining Know Technology, Miguel worked for a technology support company providing small businesses with technical support solutions. He also worked for a Maine based bank, managing their network and telecommunications infrastructure.

Miguel holds a BS in computer science. He holds certifications as an HP Certified Professional – APP HP Enterprise Solutions, and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Virtualization Administrator Win2k8 R2.

Taylor Pohlman

Taylor is responsible for the definition and enhancement of Know Technology's Managed Services offerings, as well as account management for key Managed Services accounts. Taylor returned to his home in Maine and joined the company in 2009 after holding executive positions in leading high technology companies, including Apple, Sybase and Autodesk.  

Taylor has over 25 years of experience in high technology, as both a product and services executive. He has held leadership positions in a variety of startup companies, including venture funded software companies. Taylor has extensive experience in all aspects of the personal computer and server hardware and software business, and line management experience including manufacturing, sales, marketing, development, distribution and support functions. His background helps him understand IT client’s wide variety of requirements, and how those can be met with technology and support solutions.

Taylor has been active in the local community and with non-profit organizations since he first moved to midcoast Maine 18 years ago. Taylor is a Trustee of the Watershed School in Rockland. 

Jonathan Ross

Jonathan joined Know Technology in 2009. He is a Project Manager, coordinating and overseeing projects for the Managed Services team, as well as serving as level II support/lead escalation engineer for Professional and Managed Services clients.

Jonathan studied Computer Science at Central Maine Community College.  Prior to joining Know Technology, Jonathan gained 10 years of experience in the IT field working with companies such as Dell Computer and DeLorme Publishing Company. He holds several industry certifications with a focus on networking and Unix/Linux administration, including Linux+, Extreme Networks, and Cisco Systems certifications, and serves as Know Technology's primary Linux engineer.

Jonathan currently serves on the Region 9 School of Applied Technology’s CRAFT committee, helping to ensure that the school offers relevant, timely curricula to students wishing to join the Information Technology field.

Michael White

Michael White joined Know Technology in 2005. As a Senior Account Consultant, he is responsible for developing new business relationships and managing a portfolio of existing clients.

Prior to working with Know Technology, Michael worked for nine years in the Sales, Enterprise Solutions and Product Management teams at PC Connection, a Fortune 1000 rapid response provider of IT solutions. He is a graduate of Greensboro College with a BS in Sociology. Michael holds an HP Enterprise Solution Sales Certification, and a certification as a Microsoft Mid-Market Sales Specialist.

Michael is an involved member of the community serving on the board of the Mid-coast Mountain Bike club, and as president of the Ragged Mountain Ski Club.
